Sambalpur University Institute of Information Technology (SUIIT), which was founded in the year 2010 and is a Constituent College in Burla, Odisha . SUIIT stands in a vast 496-acre campus and has grown into one of the leading institutions in technical education. The courses available at the institute are a wide-ranging set of B.Tech programmes such as Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering. At post graduate level, SUIIT offers M.Tech degrees in Computer Science and Engineering, Communication System Engineering and Embedded System and Design. It also provides the MCA and M.Sc. programmes in Computer Science and Electronics. OJEE is the major mode of admission in SUIIT, although it does offer a few other ways to admit its students. For all B.Tech programmes, admission is available to the candidates who clear the OJEE only. As mentioned above, the institute provides a write test for postgraduate programs in which the weightage of the career assessment test is 30% while the weightage of the written test is 70%. According to this voluminous assessment, the worthy and most qualified candidates are selected to join the programmes.
