54 MonthsBachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is a full-time Four-Years and Six Months Internship course offered by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore approved by The Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP).
Eligibility Criteria
- i) Should have passed two years Pre University examinations conducted by the Department of Pre University Education, Karnataka State, with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects. The candidate shall have passed subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects. The candidate shall have passed subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology individually also.
- OR
- ii) Shall have passed any other examination conducted by Boards/Councils/Intermediate examination established by State Government/Central Government and recognized as equivalent to a two year Pre University Examination by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences/ Association of Indian Universities (AIU), with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects. The candidate shall have passed subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects. The candidate shall have passed subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology individually also.
OR - iii) Candidates who have completed a Pre-university course with Vocational Physiotherapy as their optional subject are eligible for admission to the BPT course.
Admission Details
The selection is made solely on a merit basis through government counseling.
