The Institute has an excellent and well equipped library which is a home to more than 20,000 Books, 14 journals and various E-journal, E- Books and magazines in different subject areas such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology.. The entire collection of the library is arranged according to their subject classification. The library, the hub of academic life of the college, is housed in a spacious AC hall with a computer facility and it has two reading rooms for students and faculty separately.

The Language Lab is furnished with computer systems that hold within them a world of knowledge for the Spoken English. The latest and up to date software helps the students to improve their spoken skills of English as they are provided with first hand experience of conversational situations. Interactive panels in the language lab make teaching-learning an enriching experience.

The college cafeteria provides a large variety of fresh and nutritious vegetarian food and beverages to students in a clean environment.Proper care of hygiene is taken during the preparation and serving the food. This is the spot where students enjoy a part of their college life.All the food items of our cafeteria are available at reasonable cost with required standards.

Sports play an integral role in education, contributing to the overall development of students. Physical fitness enhances academic performance, and at Saraswati Mahila Mahavidyalaya, we prioritise this by providing exceptional facilities for sports and recreational activities. Our infrastructure includes a badminton court, volleyball court, kho-kho and kabaddi grounds, basketball courts, and spaces for athletic events such as jumps and throws. Students are encouraged to participate in various inter-college and university competitions, with the aim of achieving excellence at state and national-level tournaments.

The multipurpose auditorium at Saraswati Mahila Mahavidyalaya provides an elegant, functional and versatile centrally air-conditioned space for assemblies, competitions, workshops, lectures and gatherings of all kinds. The Auditorium can accommodate as many as 700 students. This is an ideal venue for cultural events organised by the student community. The auditorium can be accessed by the students and the faculty to host programmes and events.

The Institute has a well-maintained multi-utility gymnasium to motivate bonafide students and staff members towards fitness and general wellness. It provides indoor game facilities and extensive playgrounds for pursuing various outdoor sports. It is accessible to all the students and staff- members during college hours and an attendant is always available to guide all the members of the institutions who are interested in working upon their fitness.

The campus is providing E-learning facilities to students that helps in creating and communicating new training, policies, concepts, and ideas. Whether it is for formal education or entertainment, e-learning is a very quick way of learning. It brings out analytical, managerial/ decision making and artistic skills of every student. The presence of technology in the classroom is a testimony to access of knowledge and communication tools online at the workplace.

Career guidance and placement cell of the college is working with the initiative to provide guidance assistance and motivation to students to achieve their desired goals and career objectives. The cell provides a platform to students to discuss and share their career related queries. 

Cultural and co-curricular activities are an integral component of educational experience for students, offering students the opportunity to expand their horizons beyond the classroom. Different types of cultural & co-curricular activities are organised from time to time by the various departments of the college. Students are encouraged to actively participate in the various activities such as debates, quiz contests, poetry recitation, painting, poster making, various dance and music events, sports events, NSS & women cell, red ribbon club and youth red cross society.
