24 MonthsPost Basic B.Sc Nursing is a two-year full-time program that is the undergraduate level in the nursing course offered by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should clear Class 12th from a recognized board preferably in the Science stream
- Candidates should be registered as Registered Nurses and Registered Midwives (RNRM)
- Candidates should possess a three-year diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
- Male candidates who have not done midwifery in GNM should possess a certificate in any of the nursing courses of 6-9 months duration prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council instead of midwifery

Admission to the course is usually done based on candidates’ performance in the written entrance exam conducted at the university/ institute level.
