Yes, you can pursue BCA with Arts after 12th as there are universities which have minimum have eligibiliy for 10+2 with maths and english.
The eligibility criteria for BCA Course is as follows :
Candidates who have completed their 10+2 from any recognized board in any stream are eligible for admission to BCA programme.
