Diploma in Medical Record Keeping Technology at Shridevi Institute of Paramedical Science, Tumkur Offline Course

• Pass in 2 years PUC examination with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects.

OR

• Pass in any other examination conducted by Boards/Councils/Intermediate examination established by State Government/Central Govt. recognized as equivalent to a 2 years PUC examination.
• Should have completed 15 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission.
• The upper age limit would be 35 years in case of in-service, SC/ST candidates the upper age limit would be 40 years.
