Bachelor of Arts (BA) is a full-time three-year undergraduate degree course offered by Panjab University, Chandigarh.


Eligibility Criteria

1. A candidate must have passed the +2 examination from the Punjab School Education Board or any other Board recognized by Panjab University with English as one of the subjects.

A candidate who has passed the +2 examination without English from any recognized Board / Body / Council/ University is also eligible to join B.A. / B.Sc Part-I if he/she fulfills other requirements such as a minimum percentage of marks.

A candidate who has been placed under compartment in the +2 examination conducted by a Board /Body / Council / University in India in one subject only obtaining at least 20% marks in the subject of the compartment (Theory and Practical taken together) shall also be eligible to seek admission to 1 year of B.A.
