Smt. Shanti Devi Law College offers a 3-year LL.B. programme, which has also been approved with an intake capacity of 60 seats. Admission to the programme is usually for graduates of any discipline acceptable to the Bar Council of India. The candidates will be selected based on some examination and undergraduate degree results.
BA LL.B is the five-year integrated programme has also been approved for 60 seats. It is for students who have completed their 10+2 and are willing to take up law as their career. Admission to this programme may be on the basis of performance in the 10+2 examination as well as an entrance test for law laid by the university concerned.
LL.M is a postgraduate two years law programme that is meant for students who completed their LL.B./equivalent degree. Though the intake for this programme is not mentioned specifically, on a speculative basis, it seems that admission will be based on the performance in LL.B. degree followed by any postgraduate entrance examination in law.
