    Auxiliary Nurse and Midwifery (ANM) is a two-year full-time diploma program offered by Gujarat University, Ahmedabad.


    Eligibility Criteria

    • Minimum and Maximum age for admission will be 17 and 35 years respectively Have passed 10+2 in Arts  aggregate of 40% marks. Economics,PoliticalScience,History,Geography,BusinessStudies,Accountancy,HomeScience,Sociology,Psychology,Philosophy and core/English Elective or Health care science-vocational stream only.
    • Passing out from recognized Board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent board with 40% marks.
    • Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government.
    • 10+2 Health care Science – Vocational stream from a recognized CBSE board/State/Centre.
    • For Disabled Candidates: 3% Disability reservation to be considered with disability of locomotor to the tune of 40% to 50% of the lower extremity and other eligibility criteria with regard to age and qualification will be same as prescribed for each nursing programme.of 40% to 50%.
    • 5% is relaxed for SC/ST candidates.
    • Any other quotas as per the State Govt. under the reservation policy.
    • Be medically fit.
