Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering, Ernakulam (SNGCE Ernakulam) is a famous college started in the year 2002. Situated at Kadayiruppu, Kolenchery- Kerala the college occupies a total area of 13.2 Acres of land. SNGCE Ernakulam is an affiliated college which has got NAAC Accreditation and AICTE approval. The institute has a total of 12 courses spread across 4 degrees, over an intake of 1264 students and has 142 faculty members. SNGCE Ernakulam offers engineering programmes in several fields, management studies, and computer applications to meet with the industries demand.

Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering Ernakulam has many important facilities that can improve the educational process of students. The campus has distinct hostels for boys and girls, and the hostels well furnished to accommodate the required number of students. Equipped with sophisticated technology, the school has over 44,066 books which are technical and other reference books, e-journals among others. The college has a clinic where operations are conducted by a full-time doctor and there is full-time nurse, besides, there are emergency vehicle services at any time. Concerning physical fitness, the students are well provided a modern gym facility. It also welcomes recreation with different sporting facilities provided to improve functional education in the institution.

The college provides  12 courses such as 7 B.Tech, 2 M.Tech, MBA and MCA. These courses are mostly, full time, face-to –face programmes aimed at developing a depth of understanding and competencies in their areas of specialisation. The total approved intake capacity of 717 across all the courses for the institute to cultivate a large number of potential professionals every year. It is clear that SNGCE Ernakulam has developed a devotion to quality education, in which extra care taken in the course they offer to prepare students in getting their desired career in engineering, technology, and management related fields. The courses are B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, Naval Architecture and Ship Building, Mechanical, Civil, and so on. 

The admission procedure in SNGCE Ernakulam is complete and based on a merit system. Candidates must appear for Kerala Engineering Architecture & Medical Examination (KEAM) conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Government of Kerala for B.Tech programmes or Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main). MBA applicants are expected to have passed competitive tests which includes CAT, CMAT, or KMAT Kerala among others. It also accepts scores of GATE for the admission in M.Tech programme.
