Sri Jayadev College of Education and Technology is a private NAAC B+ college. The college is affiliated by Utkal University, Bhubaneswar . Now the college don't have any restriction in the use of smartphone in the hostel area. SO you can use it. In the disciplinary measure of the hostel there are no restrictions in the use of smartphone.
