Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) is a full-time two-year course affiliated with the State Council of Educational Research and Training, New Delhi, and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to D.El.Ed. the course must have passed the Senior School Certificate (10+2) of CBSE or fits equivale, examination from another recognized Board/university The minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying examination required for admission to D.El.Ed. the course is 50% in aggregate. For calculating the percentage of marks of the 10+2 examination, conducted by CBSE. best 5 subjects including at least one language will be considered.

Admission Details

Admission shall be on merit basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the State Government/UT administration and the University.
