Bachelors in Computer Application is the official name for this degree. A graduating degree is a BCA. The three-year undergraduate BCA curriculum emphasises learning the fundamentals of software development and computer applications. A B. Tech/BE degree in computer science or information technology is compared favourably to a BCA degree.
