St John's medical college has best patient exposure for MPT

College Infrastructure

I started my Journey in St John's medical college as a MPT Neuro PG since 2023 . In St Johns , Neuro PT dept go hand in hand with PMR dept . We rehabilitate patients from neurology , neuro surgery and PMR department . We get to treat patients with different varieties of neurological disorders . We have a separate Neuro Rehab room for OPD patients. Patient exposure wise St Johns is the best college in Bangalore for MPT neuro program , but when it comes to resources , johns have to improve as Neuro- rehab always prioritise evidence based practice and advancement in technologies to ease the work load of the therapist which results in betterment of patients .

Overall the college is very good and terrific

College Infrastructure

The classes are well equipped with WiFi and other equipments. The infrastructure is very good and it is well maintained. The facilities are well suited for a MBBS student, nursing students as well as paramedical students

Good college and great exposure

Have a question related to St Johns Medical College, Bangalore ?

With a NEET 2024 score of 513 in the RC8 category (Roman Catholic Christian), your chances of getting a seat in St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore are a bit low but still possible.

In 2024, the RC8 category cutoff in round 1 was around 606 marks. But in round 2, the cutoff dropped to about 509 marks. Since your score is 513, it is just above the second-round cutoff, so you may have a chance in round 2 or the mop-up (stray) round if seats are left.

The general category cutoff for this college is much higher—above 680 marks. So admission through general merit is not possible. But if you are applying under the RC8 quota, then you should definitely attend all rounds of counselling and keep checking for updates. RC8 seats are very few, so competition is still high.

Your score is close to the previous year’s cutoff for your category, so you might get admission, but it is not guaranteed.

You should also consider other Christian minority or private medical colleges in Karnataka where the cutoff is a little lower, just in case you don’t get St. John’s.

Can I get admission in SJMC DAVV Indore for BA in journalism and mass communication with 137/500 score in cuet ug...??

Hello Aspirant,

Admissions to the BA in Journalism and Mass Communication at SJMC DAVV Indore is based on CUET UG scores, with a cutoff score arriving each year depending on the number of applicants, number of seats available, and the category (General/OBC/SC/ST). A score of 137/500 is fairly low especially for general candidates, however, if you're from a reserved category or from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) there may be a chance based departmental merit list and counselling rounds. You are best to:

  1. Wait for the cutoff list which should be posted officially by DAVV.
  2. Go to counselling and look for any spot admissions which may be advertised where seats remain vacant.
  3. You can also explore other colleges that fall under CUET where the cutoff for BA Journalism are lower.

Can I get admission in SJMC DAVV Indore for BA in journalism and mass communication with 137/500 score in cuet ug...??

Chances are low for BA Journalism at SJMC DAVV with 137/500 score. However, you can still apply and wait for counseling rounds or check with the college for last year’s cutoff.
