St Xaviers College Goa Admission Process 2025 for PG Courses
Candidates must fill out the application form at the website of Goa University.
After registration, candidates must appear for GU ART and qualify for the entrance exam.
After clearing GU ART, candidates must apply for counselling and based on their scores, a merit list of the qualified candidates is released.
Candidates are required to pay a sum of Rs 5,000 as the Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) to book their seat.
After document verification and payment of SXC Goa fees, admission is granted.

Academics
Highly qualified and capable staff ever present to help students whenever needed. A very healthy teacher teacher to student connection leading to outstanding academic performance by the students. Academics made easy due to enough time and effort by staff
College Infra
Well maintained college, with all necessary facilities available for students to use. Enough infrastructure to accommodate large number of students. Scheduled maintenance and repairs of existing structures.
Campus Life
Many events and activities take place on campus leading to a well balanced academic as well as development of skills in extra curricular activities. However there should be even more events on campus.
Placements
Not much placement opportunities due to goa lacking basic industrial infrastructure. Not many students get placed through college as there is not much opportunities available for the courses that are offered
Value For Money
An amazing value for money as the courses that are offered open doors for further studies. These courses as compared to other colleges offer a better value for money that are present in goa as well as out of goa

Academics
The academics that are taught here are very good to an extent. The college follows the Goa University syllabus and hence cannot change the syllabus as and when it pleases. The exams too are by the university pattern. The academics do make you job ready in the future.
College Infra
The college infrastructure is very good for Goa. All the living spaces are kept clean and tidy without and garbage around. There are avrious facilities which are available on campus. There is a separte building for the Arts, Science and Commerce courses. All the laboratories have good and modern equipment. There is a wifi connection but the password id not given to the students.
Placements
The college has a good placement cell which always does well in placing its graduating students in some very good companies in Goa. I am not very sure of the highest package so far, but during my time, the highest package was about 11 lakhs which is very goood in my opinion.

Academics
The college follows the syllabus of the Goa University as it is affiliated to it and is not yet autonomous. The syllabus for BBA is very structured and has a balanced mix of easy as well as difficult topics which are covered in the classroom. some topics are given for self study but the teachers are very much approachable to clear your doubts. The exams are also easy to clear to an extent making learning a lot more fun.
College Infra
St. Xavier's College, Goa has an amazing and a huge campus. It can be considered as one of the best colleges in the state of Goa. There is a wifi connection available on campus but the students do not have access to it. All the classrooms have a screen and a projector along with a blackboard which is used by the course lecturer. The canteen serves some good food too! The science department have their laboratories with good and latest equipment so that they can learn better.
Campus Life
The campus life is amazing at St. Xavier's College, Goa. The students are very friendly here and there is a lot of positive interraction with each other. The teachers are highly knowledgeable and well experienced in their fields of specialisation. The support staff is always there to help you out in the difficut processes of the college. The location of the college is very safe and it can definitely handle emergencies. Sometimes, the college has emergencies drills to prepare us.
Placements
The college has a placement cell which functions very efficiently. It is very student friendly. Most of the students who pursue their BBA get picked up by big companies and they also get good packages. There are times when the companies who come on campus give you an opportunity to work outside of your state/hometown as they will take care of your accomodation and basic necessary items. The placement process is very easy due to the cell in place which facilitates the process.
Value For Money
In my opinion, this college is definitely worth the money that you pay at the beginning of every academic year. I say this because there are many things that the college gives you to show your potential to be better that the rest of the crowd. There are many departmental festivals which we take part in, in campus as well as a part of other colleges. The college always encourages to showcase your hidden talents.
