Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic Mumbai is a leading polytechnic located in the state of Maharashtra. The SVKM’s Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic, Mumbai was established in 1963 under Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal Public Charitable Trust. Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic Mumbai has been affiliated with Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai.
Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic has also been approved by the AICTE New Delhi and NBA as well. Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic has one diploma programme with numerous specialisation in the field of engineering. Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic is a Gujrathi speaking linguistic minority institution. Out of the total intake of the institution, 50% seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the Gujrathi speaking Linguistic community. Remaining 50% are available for the Non-Gujarathi ie General category candidates.

College Infrastructure
Infrastructure is great, but there is no sports ground. Yes, our college has classrooms, labs, a library, & even a seminar hall. A very large canteen. Each classroom I've been in has a smartboard.

The campus is spacious, well maintained, with clean classrooms and lab. Modern labs have good equipment. library has a good collection of books + access to digital resources. Auditorium/smart classroom are available.
