The college has a well-developed library, which has textbooks for every paper supporting the literature. Dictionaries and encyclopedias, etc., in English and Hindi in sufficient numbers. English and Hindi daily newspapers and employment news, etc., are also available in the library. Students can avail themselves of two textbooks at a time from the library for 15 days on their library card. If the book is returned late, a fine of Rs. 1 per book day will be levied. Students will be solely responsible for the books issued to them. Students are expected to make proper use of the library facilities.

The college has an industry orientation to students through the practical application of concepts. Lutawan provides modern and sophisticated educational facilities that are continuously upgraded. Each department of the institute boasts a series of highly advanced laboratories that are adequately equipped with the latest instruments and equipment. It aims to provide students with a conceptual and practical understanding of the subject through practical training.

The college has a computer lab, which is a place that provides computer services to a defined community. Computer labs are generally provided by libraries to the public, by educational institutions to students attending the institution, by other institutions to the public, or to people associated with that institution.

The college has facilities for playing cricket, football, hockey, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, and other outdoor and indoor sports. Athletics in the college is managed by a committee. Every student has to participate in athletics, in which attendance is compulsory. No student will be allowed to play for any outside team without the prior permission of the Principal.

The gymnasium is also there in the college.

The college, in collaboration with Reliance Jio Communication, has taken a major step towards technology upgradation by installing a WiFi system in the college premises for both students and staff.
