As per my knowledge and experience Symbiosis International (deemed) University is the only one that issues Degree, Passing certificate and Mark-sheet semester wise. All Symbiosis colleges including SLS, Noida are under Symbiosis International (deemed) University.  It is

No doubt both of the univesrity is good. But on comparing them side by side, you will find "Symbiosis Institute of Tehnology" is better.

Since everything has both pros and cons too. Keeping this in mind if you will see PESU has 'Grade A' NAAC score whereas Symbiosis has 'None'.
