TMAE Samsthe's College of Physical Education, Haveri, a coeducational affiliated college for physical education courses, conducts an admission process whereby all admissions to physical education programs are considered purely on the basis of merit. 2. Application Form: Candidates can download the application form from the college website or procure it from the college office. They should fill all relevant fields of the application form correctly.

3. Document Submission: In addition to the completed application form, candidates must submit:

• Marks cards of the qualifying examination (bachelor's degree)
• Transfer Certificate
• Migration Certificate (if applicable)
• Caste Certificate (if applying under a reserved category)
• Recent passport-sized photographs
• Any other documents specified by the college at the time of application

4. Application Submission: Duly filled application forms are to be submitted along with required documents to the college admissions office strictly within the stipulated date. Late submissions may not be considered.
