My experience was good i learned a lot about the communication filed. Got to learn about so many design and editing which will surely gonna help me in the industry. The lack of access to placement assistance that needs to be accessed better.

      College Infra

University School of Mass Communication (USMC) provides opportunity to the students to learn about every aspects related to the communication filed. Students have the option to choose their desired specialization from the four specialization available at the University, journalism, ad and corporate communication, new media and video production. Faculty members are experienced and they guide students very well. The department is also well maintained with updated machinery.

      Placements

Placement is one area where the university needs to put more efforts on. They should bring and pitch more companies to visit campus and provide the opportunity to the students to get a place in the industry.

      Academics

I am a student of Advertising and Corporate communication, USMC. The teachers are very supportive and helpful. Whatever we are learning here it is helping us to build a strong portfolio. We do visit industries and activities we are doing here make us industry ready.

      College Infra

College infrastructure is good. As it is in main campus, it has every things which we want. Yes, we face some problems like we don't have WiFi, we use our own data for any presentation. But as we are shifting to east campus, we will not face these type of problems.

      Campus Life

Campus life is very happening, we get a chance to interact with different people with different interests and fields. and campus is very pretty, the greenery in campus is a pleasure to eyes.

      Placements

Placements may be a bit concern here, mostly advertising and corporate communication students get placed other specialization students do not get as many opportunities as advertising and corporate communication students have.

      Value For Money

The fees for masters are a little higher, the fees are increasing every year, the fees our seniors were less than ours, the fees of juniors are more than us. And a very few number of students are getting placement, so this is the topic of debate.
