Later the Departments of Commerce, Humanities, Social Sciences, Cosmetic Technology and Management Studies were started and alongside these, postgraduate in Science and other 13 Programmes were added. The institute offers various courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Over a period of four decades, the institution has made remarkable progress in its present site with a vast campus in an elite residential area. It has flourished as a multidisciplinary and multifaceted leading institution in this region. It has been recognized as a leading college by S.G.B. Amravati University (SGBAU), Amravati.
