The college has very poor facilities, the classroom have only limited old stuffs like bench desk, blackboard no fancy modern equipments like wifi, sports center. There is no hostel facility too as most students travel from home.

I have completed my graduation in Arabic honours and the quality of teaching is average. The classes happens regularly but most students stay absent and there is no strict rules for attendance. The course is updated.

We have no placements in the college and the quality of placements at my college is very poor. The reason is mostly that the college is located in a village in ranighat so there is no industries available nearby.

The college is just okay, basic things are there. The classrooms does not have modern technologies like smart boards, wifi, but fans are working properly. Its located in a remote area so government neglects its development.

My course was political science honours, the teachers taught decently, some classes will be interesting with political discussions which i enjoyed a lot, topics like elections, schemes, etc. Others just read notes and it gets dull.

Just forget about the concept of placements, there is no facility like placements even students does not know what it is exactly. The college does not really help you in such matter, you have to give your hundred percent and prepare for exams like government jobs or even private that mattters.

The classrooms does not have proper facilities it has only desk benches, black boards. There are no hostels, no wifi no sports center. The living spaces are clean but the college is located in a village so there is no such infrastructure improvement happened yet.

I have completed my BA economics from West silchar college. The teachers are mostly absent they don't come for classes regularly. And they don't give that much importance to students for their daily attendance. I did not like the academic. It's poor.

As I said it is located in a remote area, there is no placements cell in the college. We never get any opportunity like companies coming to recruit students. These are far beyond imagination. This is something the administration should look into including the infrastructure development.

The college is very backward, we don't have any updated study materials such as wifi, smart boards, sports centers, etc. the college does not have any hostel facility as mostly nearby village students study here and they travel by bus.

I have done my bachelor of political science honours from West silchar college. The quality of teaching is average and teachers are moderate level. If you're self motivates person and can study on your own then you can come otherwise look for some better college.

The quality of placements at our college is null we do not have any such opportunity. It is located in remote area so there is no campus placements or any kind of job opportunity comes. So I can not give any information about that.

The college is situated in a village area after ranighat bridge, we do not have any fancy infrastructure or facilities, like wifi, smart boards, projectors, The college is still running using old teaching method with old black board, bench and desk. No sports center available. No hostel facility available as mostly nearby students enroll here.

speaking of academics is average, I did my ba arabic from here, the teachers are good at teaching. The curriculum is updated as per ugc guidelines. The course did not really make me job ready, but its normal you have to study more on your own to secure a good career.

There is no placements at the campus, so nothing available regarding percentage of students placed, highest salary and all. This is a very small college so such facilities are obviously not available. May be in near future we can see such developments.

It would be better to choose a better college instead of coming here if your goal is high.

I did not feel that the course made me job-ready, all I achieved was my hard work.

West silchar college does not offer its students with placements and internship facilities. It is very backward in all such developments. There are lots of other things to look into. May be in the coming years all such necessary facilities will be provided to students.

The teaching quality of our college is average. Some teachers are good at teaching, they do their job seriously. While curriculum is updated. Well, from college I did not get much knowledge and it did not make me job-ready. I worked hard on my own and get a job.

Placement facility is not available in our college. We never get to know about such things. Our teachers never discussed such things in the class. After coming to the contact of internet I learned that placement thing really exists in college Campus which is very absurd thing.

It is a Govt institution so of course it is not costly.
