Al-Falah University offers comprehensive hostel facilities within the campus for Boys. Every effort has been made by us to provide the best facilities for the hostellers. Boys have been provided with independent hostels along with all modern amenities and facilities. We offers separate magnificent hostel for boys in the college campus with hostel warden in each hostel to supervise day to day management.

We offers separate magnificent hostel for boys in the college campus with hostel warden in each hostel to supervise day to day management.

Started with a dispensary in 1997 to cater to the needs of students, staff and local population under the banner of Al-Falah Charitable Trust, Al-Falah hospital expanded as 350 bedded super specialty hospital in 2014. The hospital is situated in 72 acres campus of Al-Falah University. The hospital is catering to students, staff and local population. Al-Falah hospital is providing 24×7 emergency services. Critical care ambulance is always available for shifting patients to hospitals in the NCR region in case of an emergency.

A library is a collection of information, sources, resources, books, and services, and the Structure in which it is housed. Al-Falah University Library started in 1997 with a collection of about 4000 books. The collection of books grows from time to time/ year by year. Now its collection reached up to 62703 of books. To maintain a standard the books mainly acquired from Indian and world’s leading publisher. Now the library had been considered one of the most popular libraries of the region. Its popularity is not due to the collection but for its services also.

The Management is providing transport facility for our students at competitive rates. The college transport department provides punctual service, besides ensuring safety and security to the students. The College has its the fleet of luxury buses, which run from all parts of Delhi, Faridabad, Ballabhgarh, and Palwal, Regular State transport is also available.

The Computer Centre is fully air-conditioned and equipped with the latest computer systems to encourage the students to make full use of the facility to train themselves in modern computer applications and software applications and development. In addition, the students are provided practical experience in hardware technology through working on several computers and peripherals. A variety of special purpose peripheral devices like Scanner, Laser Printers, InkJet Printers and CCD Camera are also available to the interested users.

The College has its own cafeteria on the premises. It caters nearly 2900 students and staff everyday. Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks etc. The canteen in the college is the hub of every student activity. Students throng the canteen and help themselves to a variety of tasty foods which of course comes at a very nominal rates. College Canteen provides delicious and hygienic food and very affordable prices.

There is a utility centre on the campus which provides stationary, snacks etc. Students can make use of the photocopying facility available at the centre on payment.

The main objective of sports department is to encourage and support active participation of youth in the process of socially valuable and nation building activities and development of personality of the youth. AL-FALAH has been promoting sports since its establishment. We have achieved many landmarks in the past few years. Teams of AFU have participated in north zone and in all India inter university tournaments in various events like Badminton, Cricket, Foot-ball, Basket-ball, chess, Table tennis, Boxing, volleyball, Athletics etc.
