According to your score, it will be very difficult to get into AMU Aligarh. Previous years cutoffs For external candidates (those who have not passed 12th intermediate or equivalent exam from AMU) cut off (for admission in MBBS in AMU) should be MORE THAN 600.

Well dear getting MBBS in 163  marks is very difficult,that too in general category its more difficult.I would advice you to look for other colleges,Also,there are other entrances in which try to perfrom your best.
