The cut off for B.A Hons. Entrance is a little higher than 34 marks. But there is a chance that you might be able to secure a position in the waiting list. Keep checking the website for the first list of candidates who have secured the position in the course as well as the waiting lists. At times, the students choose other colleges and the waiting lists also get cleared. If you have applied through any quota such as Child of Alumni or NCC, keep checking those lists as well. The University issues a separate list for the quota candidates.

Regarding the hostel facility, the same rule applies here as I have mentioned above. The candidates who have secured admissions in the first confirmed list are more likely to get the hostel facility as compared to the ones who have got the admission from the waiting list. But the university has many hostels for boys, so there is a chance that you might get one.

In case you don't get the hostel facility, you can stay in the private hostels. There are many hostels and paying guests facilities. All of these are situated at a walking distance from the university.

Hello Sir/Ma'am. The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) will be releasing the AMU MBBS 2019 application form most likely in the second week of June. The mode of registration to fill the application form of AMU MBBS 2019 will be completely online. Candidates will be provided almost a week’s time to register and also fill the choices of colleges as the AMU MBBS counselling 2019 will also be conducted simultaneously.

1.If you have got only 49% in PCB than you have to guve the 12th exam again as you need atleast 50% in 10+2 in PCB . So no need to fill your old marks as NEET and the colleges will not accept your form

2.During filling the NEET form next year it would be better to fill appearing as you will have to enter your new class 12th result . 

1. Yes you can get admission in any medical college next year if you score minimum of 50% in 12th in PCB and also score decent marks in NEET 2020

As your percentile is quite low thus with this percentile it is not possible to get admission in jamia islamia as their cut offs are quite high (210-240 marks approx). Also it is not possible to get Aligarh Muslim University as it's cut off lies from 75-80 marks.
