Hii ekra,the cut off depends from college to college in some of the reputed colleges the cutoff starts from 95 and in some from89 so the number varies from college to College so it depends upon you that where you want to apply.Hope you got your answer,so luck buddy

For Admission in MBBS/BDS program:

1) The minimum eligibility to apply for MBBS/ BDS program is class 12.

2) AMU offers 150 seats for MBBS program and 40 seats for BDS program.

4) The selection is done on the basis of NEET score and medical fitness test.

NEET is a national level offline test conducted by CBSE for admission to MBBS and BDS program. The paper consists of 180 objective types of questions from three sections Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Hello Zakiya since you have used the tag of ALigarh Muslim University so they do offer bsc courses but not specifically Biotech. Instead they have BSc Biochemistry. And for the preparation for medical, I guess you are talking in reference of MBBS, then you have to prepare for NEET and appear in the exam for getting admission in MBBS. the exam consists of 3 sections,

• maths
• physics 
• chemistry

each one consists 50 objective type questions.each will be rewarded with 1 marks (correct answer).for every incorrect answer,the 0.25 mark will be deducted.the time duration of this exam is 3 hours and the questions are of 12th syllabus only.

Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) conducts various entrance exams for various Under Graduate ,Post Graduate courses   as far as architecture and engineering is concerned yes , you can give AMUEE in even if you are in 12 th standard howeve even if you get salected your admission will be on provisional bases unless you submit required documents that is you need to get atleast 55-60 in qualifying exam or state board exam and you have to submit the passing certificate with in given time otherwise you admission will get cancelled
