As per the elgibilitiy you should have at least 60%( may varies from course) of marks and the age elgibilitiy .

After that you should appear for AMU entrance exam ..after once you qualify the full Eligibility you will be followed by Admission .

Aligarh Muslim University has set of approx of 45% plus percentage in plus of the stream in Commerce 

while the minimum will not work in real sense so kindly keep the percentage above it

Well this depends completely upon the cutoff because the admission is based on merit of entrance exam and the cutoff keeps varying every year. I would suggest to score somewhere between 550-600 assuming that you are from general category. It will be a safe score to secure your seat
