You can definitely get Lateral entry admission to Aligarh Muslim University and must have secured minimum 50%aggregate marks in Diploma.
Students need to appear for entrance exams in April and counselling begins in June 2019 tentatively.
Admission is directly into 2nd year engineering.
Mechanical, Electrical and Civil engineering is provides.

The fee structure for M.Sc courses at Aligarh Muslim University is :
1st year - Rs.32265
2nd year - Rs.32265
Total = Rs.64530

Offcourse Manisha, there is a big yes for you.As long as you have studied microbolgy in your under graduate course, you're eligible for a MSc in entomology.

Yes you can easily get admission there is forsure for humanity but commerce i am not that sure but it is sure that you will get admission there in 11th . all the best have a great future ahead.

College Infrastructure
Aligarh Muslim University has a very large and green campus with well-established infrastructure. It includes spacious classrooms, central and departmental libraries, laboratories, hostels, sports complexes, and medical facilities. Though some buildings are old, they are functional and regularly maintained, providing a good academic environment.
