There is no such official announcement but by previous year trends, you can get admission only if you are an internal student.

If you are external student,it is very hard to get admission at 33 marks.

Admission in MBBS Programme in AMU will be based on NEET 2018. From this Year, MBBS Admission will be based on NEET Merit. You have to fill Application form for Counseling Process. AMU MCC will release merit list after declaration of NEET result.

If you are talking about your entrance exam centre, then it will be Aligarh. Because its your first preference
