As you know there is no confirmation of any seat in counselling because in second round may be more candidate join for AIIMS seat or may surrender there seat from old AIIMS to grab better college at this ranks. As last cut off ranks for old AIIMS which was establish in 2012 is for aiims patna cut off ranks for sc category in this college was AIR 22133. if we compare this with your rank there is huge difference of almost 4k and after that for sc candidate AIIMS kalayani, manglagiri, rajkot are allocated. So if you get upgradation and to move upto that is lil bit tough. But yeah it will all depend upon how many candidates have surrendered their respective seat from old AIIMS and how many have gone for upgradation in between you and AIIMS patna cut off ranks or how many of sc candidate have joined in round 2 for and give old AIIMS as option.

You have chances to get in college because many may go in upgradation for other good colleges other than aiims. So you can try out in second round and also can give other gud colleges which have been allotted to sc at this ranks.

To complete your registration for you exam it is mandatory to submit the application or registration fees. If you fail to submit the apply fee on time then sorry but there is no other way to do so. It's necessary to submit the application fee to be considered eligible for the entrance test.

You can keep an eye on the portal. They might open the exam portal with late fine. If that happens you can try that.

1. 150 seats have been allotted for JWAHAR LAL NEHRU M.C. AMU,ALIGARH
2. The cut off rank was 24062 for Internal Quota under General Category.
3. 125 seats have been allotted for AIIMS Gorakhpur. The cut off rank for General Category was 4090.
4. 100 seats have been allotted for AIIMS Rae Bareli. The cut off rank for General Category was 3882.
5. 125 seats have been allotted for AIIMS Rishikesh. The cut off rank for General Category was 1300.
6. 125 seats have been allotted for AIIMS Kalyani. The cut off rank for General Category was 4411.
7. 62 seats have been allotted for AIIMS Deogarh. The cut off rank for General Category was 5150.
8. 27 seats have been allotted for RML, Lucknow. The cut off rank for General Category was 2650.
9. 29 seats have been allotted for MNM Allahabad. The cut off rank for General Category was 4751.
10. 36 seats have been allotted for G.S.V.M Kanpur. The cut off rank for General Category was 3847.

Going by this, you might have a chance at AMU Internal amongst the Colleges that you have mentioned. This is because compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. From your question it seems like you already got AIIMS seat through AIQ and now you are aiming to attend the TN state counselling for CMC Vellore . As per the MCC AIQ counselling rules , since you have got a seat through All India Counselling and has completed the admission procedure , you would not longer be allowed to leave it and you are not eligible for further counselling. Also , you will have to submit the original documents while attending the counselling procedure because there will be a verification process , xerox copies will not be accepted.You are lucky to have got AIIMS so I think you should think very well before leaving it as it is a most reputed medical institution in India. Take a careful decision . You can once go through the counselling rules regarding AIQ through the official MCC website .
