Greetings, Lakshmi.

If you have already joined a college, submitted all documents and paid the admission fees then you will have to leave the institute officially before joining another college.

Most colleges have a cool down period of about 1 month where they allow students to leave for another college with 15-25% deduction in the money already deposited to them. Get in touch with your college and ask about the deductions as well as the procedure to leave.

Best of luck

Hello,

The aiims offers colleges all over india. So the counselling process is first the allotment of all aiq under 15% reservation are given away. Then the state quota is preferred.

You have a good chance in aiims college. Further you can check the details on the link below

Thank you.

Hello aspirant,

According to previous years cutoff, under obc category

The cutoff rank for mock round was 4312.

We cannot compare previous years cutoff marks with this year as we expect a much different cutoff this year. Thus when we consider the ranks, if you are under obc and have rank nearly 4312 , you have chances for admission .

Use our neet college predictor to get a list of colleges you can get into based on your neet marks and category

thanks

Dear aspirant,

According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to take admission in bsc in AIIMS delhi.

According to my knowledge,AIIMS takes entrance exam for bsc and the criteria for 12th is that you just have to pass 12 and nothing else .

With 66.5% you are absolutely eligible.

Hi , in order to appear in aiims counseling you need to clear NEET UG exam as from this year aiims is also included to be a part of NEET UG exam. Talking about your marks as per your category you need a minimum of 40% which is an aggregate of your  physics chemistry and biology subjects in 10+2 so according to your percentage you definitely are eligible to appear for NEET exam and you can appear in aiims counseling after you clear the exam and secure marks required to go for it .
Hope this helps

Dear Aspirant ,

Very subjective question and depends more on personal preference of individual, some people leave top medical colleges for new AIIMS, some may even go to old state college.

AIIMS Delhi is no doubt the first choice

For me all the 2012 established AIIMS are equal, but if I had to choose I would have taken Jodhpur first followed by Rishikesh as they are near my home

Then I would rate AIIMS Nagpur higher among all new AIIMS established in 2018–19

Then all the 7 AIIMS again depends on personal preference, do extensive research look out for all the facilities and then make a decision.

Hope this information helps you ,

THANK YOU .

Hello Sakshi!

Mock round is a kind of test round and not the actual seat allotment results. So you cannot completely rely on mock result. Because, students change their choices in accordance to the mock result. Until round 1 results are out, it cannot be said for sure whether you will get a seat or not. Even if you don't get alloted in your preferred institution in round 1, you might have chances in subsequent rounds as well. So don't lose hope.

All the best!

AIIMS will conduct admission to MBBS course through NEET score via All India Counselling. Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC, AIIMS and JIPMER are filled by DGHS. So as far as we know, AIIMS will follow NEET guidelines. And to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 50% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th.

Hello Aspirant,

You have decent chances of getting seat in either of the college's and it's also important to note that AIIMS of all branches has approximately 1100 seats and EWS has 10%. Which means, approximately 110 seats are allotted to EWS. It's also important to keep note of the cutoff this year as it has increased really high than expected.
