There is not a huge difference between general category and OBC category, the thing is that there are almost 10 seats are kept in every government college for OBC so chances of getting admission in that is high for OBC category , if you get 480+ in Neet

If you want to get in AIIMS , you must know that it is best college for MBBS.

It is ranked first in NIRF ranking.

You should atleast aim for 670 + if you are general category. And if you are reserved then also you need at least 640+
