As per the guidelines of NEET 2021 counselling, the security amount of 10,000 INR will be adjusted with the first year fee of the college/program, if candidate has alloted and joined the seat. So, as you said that you have joined the seat then your security amount is adjusted

No, Aiims bsc nursing application hasn't been released yet. AIIMS nursing application form will be released  on the official website i. e aiimsexams. org but the dates for the release of application form has not been announced as of now , application form is expected to be released soon.
