This is the first time that AIIMS is conducting admissions through NEET score and so predicting AIIMS options might be tad difficult. Also, compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's

Based on previous years trend, with 125 marks in NEET 2020, despite SC Category reservation benefit, you will not get AIIMS Madhya Pradesh or any government medical colleges or any decent private Medical college either with State Quota or All india Quota.
