Actually the question paper pattern of both Neet examination and AIIMS examination is quite different , so if you want to practice AIIMS previous year question paper then yes you can definitely practice them for better understanding and for the clarity of your concepts but

Yeah you can apply in both at same time that is no problem at all, but yeah check the rule regulations of both state counseling  and AIQ COUNSELING as you participate. As you might be aware that there is no free exit in AIQ after first round counselling

AIIMS Gorakhpur provides double-bed room as well as single hostel rooms. Due to COVID, only one student is allowed per room nowadays. The hostel has it's own dining hall, library, TV room, play area, gym, e-library, etc.
