Hello. There is no state quota to get admission in AIIMS. Nevertheless there is only option of JIPMER, from which you can get admission opting for state quota.
NEET scores will only help you get into AIIMS.
Please check this careers360 article notifying about AIIMS :-

Hope that helps!

Hi Shruti,
AIIMS is a prestigious Medical institute that used to conduct its own entrance examination. However, from 2020 onward, admissions to all medical colleges will be done through NEET only and other entrance examinations like AIIMS and JIPMER will be cancelled.
My advice is that your prepare for NEET because if they do decide to reintroduce AIIMS, you will be prepared enough for it.
Hello student, neet is for getting the colleges across India under 50% qualification marks and it consist of 720 total. The aiims exam consist of 200 marks and the seats are limited. The exam needs a bit of deeper knowledge and logics of what you know in neet. It is compulsory to give aiims exam which is held after neet to get the aiims college.
Thank you. Hope this helped. All the best.

Hey,
The All India Institute of Medical Science is included in the counseling process from this year. So any accurate cut off is kind of difficult to predict at this point of time. I will suggest you to wait till the results are out.
Although you belong to a SC category so any score above 520-530 may get you a good college and hopefully you may get a seat in any one of the AIIMS.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
