Hi

Actually, Aiims mbbs entrance examination has been Scrapped off and admission in AIIMS is through Neet examination only, so Neet eligibility criteria is applicable to be eligible for AIIMS.

Now,
Neet eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible one must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50  % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or  at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st

So, if you fulfill this % criteria then you are eligible for neet and thus for Aiims too

Hello student as this is the first year when admission in AIIMS is on the basis of marks/rank obtained in Neet so it's difficult to predict exact cut off.

If you're from General category it's little difficult for AIIMS as we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on merit rank.

You can use careers360 college predictor to predict college on the basis of marks obtained in Neet.

Hello Student

Yes it is right AIIMS is not going to conduct a separate exam for MBBS now the admission for MBBS in all institutes including AIIMS and JIPMER are going to be held via the NEET only.

Surely it is a bit confusing for everyone but the fact is this only .Your rank in NEET would be the majour deciding factor as top50 would definately would be selected for the AIIMS delhi, next would be MAMC,VMMC,LHMC,UCMS.KGMU,IMS BHU an rest others following newly formed AIIMS.

Hi

Aiims mbbs entrance examination  has been scrapped off for forever dear and not for only this year 2020.

So, now admission in all the medical colleges including AIIMS is through Neet examination only making the neet examination, the only entrance examination for MBBS and BDS

So, if you are an aspirant  for 2022 and  want to get a seat in AIIMS for your MBBS then you should prepare well for your Neet examination as admission will be on the basis of marks obtained by you in NEET examination.

To prepare well, follow a routine, practice MCQs after completing each chapter, go through previous year question papers of Neet examination and once you are done with your preparation solve mock test papers

You can prepare well using our neet program  for which link is provided below

Hey,

The ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE is included in the NEET counseling from this year. So it's kind of difficult to say anything about it at this time.

Although 616 is a pretty decent score so there is a fair chance of you getting a good college may be even AIIMS.

So i will suggest you to wait till the results are out.

All the best.

Thank you.

Start giving tests ...test your rank and markks..
  1. Then you will know at what level you are ..or start from scratch ...start from basics!!
