hi,
If you want to write the AIIMS exam, you’ll actually need to appear for NEET-UG now. There’s no separate AIIMS entrance exam anymore — it was merged with NEET a few years ago. So yeah, if you’re aiming for AIIMS, crack NEET with a top score.
Start preparing seriously with NCERT books, practice mock tests, and stay consistent. Keep checking for updates. The form usually comes out between December and February, and the exam is held around May.
Hello Raj,
The official AIIMS Paramedical 2023 question paper is not publicly released. However, memory-based question papers created from students’ experiences are available online.
The exam was held on June 24, 2023, as a computer-based test.
It consisted of 90 multiple-choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics.
The duration was 90 minutes, with +1 mark for each correct answer and -1/3 mark for each wrong answer. No negative marking for unattempted questions.
You can find memory-based question papers and answer keys on educational websites and coaching platforms by searching “AIIMS Paramedical 2023 memory-based question paper.”
Practicing these papers helps understand the question pattern and improves speed and accuracy.
Focus on preparing Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics well, and practice time management to perform better in the exam.
I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, feel free to share your questions with us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you, and I wish you all the best in your bright future.
