In 2018, a percentile of 93.65 secured a seat in AIIMS Patna. That has been the cut off. Now from 2020, AIIMS will conduct its admission based on NEET score through All India Counselling. But AIIMS conducted its exam for 200 marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and GK. But NEET is conducted for 720 marks only in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. So to convert percentiles to marks, it is a tad difficult. But given the fact that there are only 1500 seats for AIIMS and almost 15.97 lakh Candidates registered for NEET, even of 7 lakh Candidates qualify, the cut offs are going to be exhorbitant. So if you belong to ST Category, you will need atleast 625 and above.  If you have appeared for NEET 2020. Hi

There's no more AIIMS UG exam, it has been scrapped off and now admission in all the AIIMS is it through NEET examination only.

So if you want to get into AIIMS you need to fill Neet application form.
Neet 2020 examination has already been conducted ,so unluckily you can't  fill its application form now ,you need to wait for Neet 2021

Yes you can get into AIIMS even if you are from Hindi medium as Hindi medium students are eligible for Neet examination provided they must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50  % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or  at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st.

Thank you

Hi

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

As per our predictor, with 592 marks

Your Predicted Rank is: 8850 - 10500

With this  rank you may not get into AIIMS

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 594 marks you you hold very good chance to get into Gandhi Medical College and CollegOsmania Medical College.

for example,  Neet 2019 cut off for these colleges for OBC category under Telangana state quota is given below

  • GANDHI MEDICAL COLLEGE, SECUNDERABAD :- 505 marks
  • OSMANIA MEDICAL COLLEGE, HYDERABAD:- 504 marks

To get the list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

Hello applicant,

*The Central Government has announced that EWS reseevation which is meant for General Category students whose annual income from all sources is less than 8 lakhs per annum, which be in effect from this Academic year only.

*NTA has already asked eligible students to change their category to EWS for JEE. With NTA also being the exam conducting authority for NEET as well, reservation might come into force from this year only. How, is a question that can be answered only after any official notification.

I hope this was helpful.

Hello Asish

Congratulations for your good marks.

Your NEET marks of 659 are predicted to convert into rank between 0 to 1418. Which makes clear from the last year cutoff that you will be able to get MAMC for sure. Its difficult to predict whether you can get AIIMS or not because that depends on your category ranking.

To have a rough idea of last year cutoff please check article-
