Hello,
Congratulations! With your score you have chances of getting into top government medical college , of your state as usually cutoff is around was 550+ for UR category under 85% quota and good government colleges under 15% all india quota too.
With 604 NEET score your Overall Percentile will be around 98.18 - 99.78 and your NEET AIR Rank will be around 1979 - 2029
However it is difficult to predict AIIMS cutoff as it is the fisrt time AIIMS,JIPMER central institutions admissions will be through NEET scores.
However these information is based on last years cutoff and as cutoff changes every year depending on factors like difficulty and number of candidates and recent COVID19 situation etc.
You can use careers360 college predictor to know the colleges you can get at your NEET score;-

Hi aspirant,
The cutoff marks varies every year as per difficulties of questions. For getting admission in AIIMS Delhi you required atleast 135-140 marks. If you got 145+ marks you have safe for getting admission in AIIMS.
Hope this information will help. Thanks.
This is the first time that AIIMS is conducting admission through NEET score. And so it is difficult to predict the cut offs. AIIMS conducts its exam for 200 m arks in Physics, Chemistry, Bology, GK and English. The results are declared in the mode of percentiles. But NEET is conducted for 720 marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And NEET score is released in the form of marks. So to correlate both of them is a tad difficult. But to speak in general, the cut offs for General Category might be more than 625 and for Reserved Categories would be 600. This might fluctuate based on the branch of AIIMS in question.
Hii there,
There are a total of 7 seats available in AIIMS MBBS Delhi for NRI and OCI candidates. The counselling and merit list publication for NRI is done separately. For foreign nationals it is not required to fill the application form prescribed by AIIMS. Nominations are made by government of India. So please keep patience, wait for announcement by them. Till then stay updated with the website and always visit it regularly.

Hello,
With 550 your expected rank will be 24150 - 28300, as per previous year data for AIQ, the chances seem less for SMS Jaipur or IMS BHU, in case you have domicile of Rajasthan then may be there can be possibility of SMS Jaipur, cut-offs change every year and based on various factors like top NEET score, difficulty level of paper, number of candidates appearing etc.
You can use our NEET College Predictor to know more about admission possibilities in various colleges; https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Dear Student,
It is difficult to tell the marks to get into AIIMS Bhopal becuase this year there is no separate test is conducted for AIIMS because NEET is now the only medical exam to get into UG medical courses.AIIMS counselling will be conducted under NEET this year which has only 15% weightage means 15% seats are filled into AIIMS through NEET counselling so I can not tell the exact rank and marks,You can read here about aiims cut off
