Dear Aspirant,
You are assuming that you will get 630 marks in NEET which is quite good score as it will definitely clear cut-off criteria for most of the AIIMS colleges but the cut-off is different for different AIIMS colleges and there are many factors for deciding cut-off.Cut-off depends on
1)Total number of candidates appeared in the examination
2) Total number of seats
3)Total numbers of candidates qualify the examination
4)The difficulty level of exam
5)Category Reserved or Not
At present there are main 7 AIIMS in India while others are not constructed yet.Among these, AIIMS delhi is the oldest one which requires the minimum marks to clear cut-off is aprrox 665+ score for general category(unreserved)at present now which may be increase to 670+ in 2021. If you are aiming for AIIMS delhi you have to study very hard.Besides this, you can get into any one of the 6 AIIMS colleges including AIIMS Bhopal, Bhubhaneswar, Jodhpur,Patna,Raipur,Rishikesh with your assuming score
Stay Motivated and do preparation Hard. You can visit here for further information regarding NEET cut-off 2020.

AIIMS and JIPMER are conducting admission to MBBS in all their branches through NEET score for the first time. And the admissions will happen through All India Quota. . Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC, AIIMS and JIPMER are filled by DGHS. There is no interview process. You score atleast 675 for General Category and atleast 650 for Reserved Categories for admission to AIIMS. This is for New Delhi Branch. But for other Branches like Bibi Nagar, Guntur, etc, the cut offs might not be this high. Having said that you should still target 625 and more irrespective of your Category. All this while AIIMS had its own entrance exam, examination pattern, results and counseling. They are different from NEET's exam pattern, scoring, results and Counselling. Nevertheless, given its reputation, you should aim for more than 625 for a seat in AIIMS for a seat in any branch across India.
Hello,
As aiims is a central government funded institute no seats in AIIMS are reserved for the students of the particular state.
So canditates throughout the country are eligible for AIIMS mbbs seats through NEET.
The only eligibilty criteria is a atleast 60%(Gen) and 50%(other categories) in PCBE in 12th boards.
Hope this helps
Hi
First of all neet is out 720 marks and not just 700 marks.
Actually, predicting cut off marks for getting into Aiims is quite difficult as this is the first time ever when AIIMS are conducting admission through neet examination
Also,
cut off marks will depend upon various factors like kind of marks obtained by students in the examination , toughness level of the neet examination, number of students that appeared in the exam, etc , also AIIMS will be providing admission through all India quota for which cutoff marks goes high
keeping these things in mind you should target least 670-680 marks in your neet examination if you want to get a seat in Aiims Delhi if you belong to general category
Thank you
