You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, until 2019, AIIMS had its own entrance examination for admission to MBBS. But from 2020, AIIMS and JIPMER will conduct admissions based on NEET score through All India Counselling. AIIMS conducts its exam for 200 marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and GK and releases its results in the form of percentiles. NEET conducts its exam for 720 marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biiology and releases its results in the form of scores. So it is difficult to predict the cut offs. But to draw a thin comparision between AIIMS pattern to that of NEETs' if you belong to General Category, you will need nothing less than 675 and if you belong to Reserved Categories, you will need atleast 635. The avaerage cut off percentile for AIIMS Delhi has always been more than 95 and hence 635 and 675.
Hey!
Almost a week is left for the neet 2020. And it is the time to revise the syllabus, bot boost your confidence by solving previous years papers. As you mentioned, you are solving some previous years papers of different authorities, you must also solve some neet previous years papers, by setting a timer to Check your time management for the final exam. Also, the score you gain after solving previous years papers without any cheating, can be a prediction score of your final exam.
Hope I answered your query
Thank you
Hello Amit
AIIMS Delhi is one of the top government medical college in India. From all over the India, people come here for treatment. The doctors here are very expert in their field. Almost every medical aspirant want to study there. Till 2019, there is separate exam for AIIMS but form 2020, NEET is the only exam for selecting students from UG courses in AIIMS, JIPMER and other government colleges. Now, as there is only single exam, the competition also increases. Approx 685 - 690 marks will be able to get you in AIIMS Delhi. If you are getting 400 marks, you have to increase your performance to get atleast minimum marks to cross the cutoff for AIIMS. The cutoff changes every year, so a score of 660 - 680 will get you a seat in your desired college.
Hope this helps and all the best for future.

Hi
Your marks in Hindi doesn't play a role in considering your eligibility for AIIMS.
Admission in AIIMS is through Neet examination so to be eligible for MBBS in AIIMS :-
you must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st.
So, if you fulfil this criteria then you are eligible for Neet examination and after qualifying Neet you can get into AIIMS depending upon your marks obtained in NEET examination
For detailed information about neet examination go through our page for which link is provided below; -
