Good Luck
Sai, This is the first time that AIIMS is conducting admission to all of its branches across India to its MBBS courses through NEET score. And all the approximate 1400 MBBS seats will be filled through All India Counselling. So for starters, the State of eligibility doesn't matter. Now AIIMS exam pattern and marking scheme are different from than that of NEET. While AIIMS MBBS was conducted for 200 marks and also included English and GK sections while NEET is conducted for 720 marks and only in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Now AIIMS releases its results in the form of percentiles while NEET releases its score in the form of marks. We do not have specific 2019 data for Bibi nagar because it was only in 2019 that AIIMS had started its operations in Bibinagar. But going by AIIMS reputation and competion involved, you will need more than 650. If you are looking for Online NEET coaching then we do have NEET Knockout package which has more than 5000 videos and concept videos. This coaching is backed up by Artifical Intelligence and has previous question papers back dated to 17 years. If you are appearing for NEET 2020, The MHRD has come up with a new schedule for JEE Mains, JEE Advanced and NEET 2020. JEE Main examination will be held between 1st-6th Sept, JEE advanced exam will be held on 27th Sept & NEET examination will be held on 13th Sept. And if you are preparing for NEET, you may as well try our NEET Knockout package: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/ . And because you have 2 more months to prepare for NEET, you may as well use this opportunity
This is the first time that AIIMS is conducting admission to all of its branches across India to its MBBS courses through NEET score. And all the approximate 1400 MBBS seats will be filled through All India Counselling. You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, In 2018, AIIMS Raipur had a cut off of 99.69 for General Category, 99.46 for OBC Category, 96.40 for SC Category and 93.78 for ST Category. That is roughly more than 675 for General Category, 650 for OBC and atleast 6000 for SC/ST Categories.. Now this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year. So going by this, you will need more than 625 for certain. If you are looking for Online NEET coaching then we do have NEET Knockout package which has more than 5000 videos and concept videos. This coaching is backed up by Artifical Intelligence and has previous question papers back dated to 17 years. Good luck !
you are get in top 10 in neet then you get admission in aiims .
AIIMS has approximately 14 branches and these branches add upto 1400 MBBS seats across India. . Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC, AIIMS and JIPMER are filled by DGHS. This is the first time that NEET is conducting its admissions through NEET score through All India Counselling and not State Counselling. We do have AIIMS Delhi's previous years cut offs. In 2018, 99.98 was AIIMS Delhi cut off for General Category. And in 2019, the highest NEET score was 701. So going by this, you will need more than 650. Might be 675 will be a safe score given the fact that 99 .98 percentile is a higher cut off if you belong to General Category and 625 and more if you belong to Reserved Categories. This is an estimated cut off, And cut offs might change depending on various factors. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Each branch might have different cut offs. AIIMS Rishikesh might not need the score that AIIMS Delhi might need. So in general if you belong to General Category you will need more than 600 and for Reserved Categories, you will need more than 575. This again depends on the AIIMS branch.
In other words, AIIMS will not conduct admission to all of its branches through State Counselling. The admission to all of AIIMS seats will be conducted through All India Counselling. The same goes with JIPMER as well. So irrespective of your domicile State, you can get admission in AIIMS, should you score good and meet the NEET eligibility criteria. So lets say you belong to Delhi and you selected State of Eligibility as Delhi, you can still select AIIMS Rishikesh or AIIMS Guntur under your preferences because AIIMS doesn't participate in State Counselling but fills the seats under All India Counselling wherein Domicile doesn't come into picture. And for a seat in AIIMS, you will need more than 575 in general. And if you are preparing for NEET, you may as well try our NEET Knockout package: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/ . And because you have 2 more months to prepare for NEET, you may as well use this opportunity.
This is the first time that NEET is conducting its admissions through NEET score through All India Counselling and not State Counselling. And so you can appear for All India Counselling and secure a seat in AIIMS if you score atleast more than 625 depending on your Category. The 85% State Quota and Private Colleges are filled by the respective State Authorities. And there are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. B Category seats are also called Management Quota Seats and they are filled through State Counselling and the remaining seats are filled through direct Admissions by contacting the College directly provided the Candidate has registered for the respective State Counselling and has not been able to secure a seat in the Counselling. Here the fees is usually nothing less than 40 lakhs. The last Category is NRI seats Category and you cannot apply for that. Now once NEET results have been declared, the DGHS on behalf of MCI will release a merit list and open the Registration process. And you get to choose the colleges that you want to opt for during Counselling. You can select as many colleges as you want and there is no upper limit on the no.of Colleges that you can select. Now it is important to lock your choices or the system would lock the choices for you. And the allotment of seats is done based on the basis of merit and preference. Now the process is more or less similar for both All India and State Counsellings. There are 2 Rounds and a Mop up round. If you do not want to opt for the seat alloted in Ruond 1, you can go for Free Exit and Upgrade option and you will not be penalised for it. But the Free exit option is only for Round 1. For assistance during Counselling, you can use our MBBS Companion: https://www.careers360.com/mbbs-companion
