Aniket, This is the first time that AIIMS is conducting admission to all of its branches across India to its MBBS courses through NEET score. And all the approximate 1400 MBBS seats will be filled through All India Counselling.  Now AIIMS exam pattern and marking scheme are different from than that of NEET. While AIIMS MBBS was conducted for 200 marks and also included English and GK sections while NEET is conducted for 720 marks and only in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Now AIIMS releases its results in the form of percentiles while NEET releases its score in the form of marks.  We do not have specific 2019 data for AIIMS Rishikesh. But in 2018 under General Category, 99.79 was the cut off percentile. This is more than 650. But again this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. It might have occurred because of  traffic on the site(which usually happens when a lot of people are trying to register at the same time )
You can try to clear the cacheand try to reload the page wait to check if the payment status has changed. If it doesnt change I will advise you to wait for a day as sometimes it takes time.
Hopefully it will change by that time and if it doesnt then you will have to register again. You can use a different and more secure payment gateway this time.
Probably the previous payment (the one which did not make it to the form submission) will be refunded in 3-5 working days.

AIIMS, New Delhi will release the AIIMS BSc (H) nursing 2020 admit card on August 13 in online mode. A link to download AIIMS nursing admit card for BSc (Hons.) course will be provided on this page, when released. To download AIIMS BSc/MSc nursing admit card 2020, aspirants need to login using asked credentials. You need to log on to the official website www.aiimsexams.org to download the admit card whenever it will be released. If you don't find the link in the official website wait till tomorrow if you still don't find the link then i will suggest you to talk to the officials they will guide you.

Don't get panic.

This issue is only occur when server is overloaded.

When many people try same thing or more load in server than the uploading speed get decrese in server. That's why it happen.

Kindly wait for 48 hrs if payment is not show.

AIIMS will release the AIIMS BSc (Hons.) Nursing 2020 admit card on August 13, 2020.

Candidates were able to re-choose the city of examination from July 31, 2020 to August 4, 2020.

AIIMS BSc (Hons.) Nursing will be held on August 21, 2020 and the result for the same will be announced on August 21, 2020 .
