No AIIMS ,BHU doesn't give state quota reservations to any candidates ,neither for AIIMS Delhi or any other AIIMS too.

Amu allots seat in two reservation categories

1.Institutional 50%

2. Open quota 50%

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination

No aiims isn't free for pg courses but being a central institute the fee is minimum around 5k for md/ms courses.

While the stipend during mbbs internship is around 23k permonth while the stipend for pg students is 92k per month.
