As per the new guidelines of the government all entrance exams of medical will be conducted through NEETS 2020 only , but still if you are asking about procedure to get enrolled in AIIMS  is that a candidate must have passed class 12 ^th examination or equivalent

you are get in top 10 in neet then you get admission in aiims .

AIIMS has approximately 14 branches and these branches add upto 1400 MBBS seats across India. . Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC, AIIMS
