AIIMS Delhi is the best institution in India for MBBS. Earlier, AIIMS use to conduct its own separate examination for admissions but this year AIIMS has been merged with NEET . So you need to be in top 50-100 rank for admissions surity. The cut off will be very high for AIIMS delhi. You need to score at least more than 620 marks.

Minorities in India are Muslims. Christians, Jains, Sikhs, Parsis and Buddhists. There are Minority Medical Colleges across India and they are filled with the specific Minority based on merit in NEET entrance exam. Or else based on the Category the Minority falls under in that particular State, the student can apply for that Category. For example, if a Christian Minority student belongs to EWS/OBC/SC/ST, he/she can avail the reservation of that particular Category. RBA is specific for Candidates belonging to Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh and not for AIIMS because admission to AIIMS are done at All India Level.

Admission to AIIMS will be conducted at All India Counselling. So under OBC Category for AIIMS, your score should be nothing less than 625-650. This is because at All India level, the cut offs are usually higher. And coming to AP, it depends on the area you are a locale to i.e AU, OU and SVU. Now in 2018, the cut offs for BC Category under various areas have been as follows:

AU: 484

SVU:473

OU: 458

Now this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. According to NBE guidelines you are eligible for state seats in your state of domicile, that is, the state in which you have done 7 years of your schooling.

So if you have done your schooling in Punjab you are eligible for state quota even if you have completed your MBBS in aiims

If they have not sent a mail specifying a mistake it is okay. NBE checks the thumbprint and photo and if there is any mistake they will inform you. As they have not informed then it must be fine. Also, the date for making changes is over and you cannot change your uploaded thumbprint.

So do not worry and focus on your studies.

Hemanth there is no quick solution which can get you to the top medical college in India. Aiims is the top medical college in India and to get into that you have to have the top scores and that requires alot of hardworking and studying and that is not something you can achieve in a month if you are not clear about your fundamental. Don't take it in a wrong way but start from the beginning and work up the ladder

Well I would like to tell you that you being a American citizen has to apply under international quota for admission in medical colleges. Getting admission in government ones are quite difficult because the seats are way too less for admission.
