As per the eligibility criteria, it is compulsory for the candidates to complete their mandatory 12 months rotatory internship on or before July 30, 2020 to be eligible for AIIMS PG 2020. As your internship is completing on July 4, 2020 so this makes you eligible for AIIMS PG 2020. But there are other criteria also, you need to fulfil those.

Seats for AIIMS Delhi are filled through all India quota. So, if you apply for all India quota counselling after neet results and your rank is high enough you are eligible for AIIMS Delhi.

All India quota counselling is not based on the state but is a group of government colleges which offers 15% of its seats to students of other states as well.

So, you will have UP state quota as well as will be eligible to apply for all colleges under 15% all India quota.

Yes. NTA will conduct NEET as an entrance examination for admission to all Medical Colleges including 1500 AIIMS MBBS seats and 200 JIPMER MBBS seats. These seats will be filled through All India Counselling conducted by DGHS. So its not a combined entrance examination. NEET is the sole entrance examination.

According to the latest eligibility criteria for NEET 2020:-

A student must have passed 10+2 or appearing for the class 12 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Biotechnology and English as core subjects or Biology as additional subject also from a recognized board is eligible for NEET.

According to the latest eligibility criteria for AIIMS 2020:-

An aspirant must have completed their Class 12 or appearing in 12th from CBSE/ISC/State Board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as the main subject or Biology as additional subject also to be eligible for AIIMS.

From the eligibility criteria mentioned above for NEET as well as AIIMS, a student having Biology as an optional subject is eligible for any of the both exams.
