Yes,AIIMS MBBS has been replaced by NEET. NEET is a national level entrance test and the admissions to all MBBS courses is done on the basis of marks scored in  NEET.

there are total number of six participating institutions which offer PG course in AIIMS.there are 413 seats for PG in aiims.the following are the institutions along with number of seats offer :

1. AIIMS , New Delhi  --  213

2. AIIMS , Bhopal -- 11

3. AIIMS , Bhubaneshwar

The dates are not yet announced, for AIIMS 2019 the registrations started in the month of November 27,2019 so it is expected that the application process for AIIMS PG Novemeber session may start from Novemeber 2020.You need to wait until the notification is out.Watchout for any new updates.

Their are so many factors on which, it depends :-

Ques paper level :-If same pattern followed by NTA, then cuttoff will cross 610+. But if ques paper level increases, then it will decrease to 560+.
