Since, you will be appearing for neet 2020 you should know that NEET 2020 application form will be released by nta on December 2, 2019 in online mode at ntaneet.nic.in and the last date to register and fill the application form of NEET 2020 is December 31, 2019 , so make sure that you fill the application form between these dates and the neet examination will be conducted on May 3, 2020.

AIIMs cutoff for the year 2019 has already been released. The cutoff for reserved category (SC/ST/OBC) is 90.20 percentile and the cutoff for SC/ST PWD is 82.28 percentile. So to be on safer side, you need to get scores above these cutoff percentiles. Basically, the best score would b to cross 90 percentile in order to get qualified.

as of now there is no news for new pattern of questions. however the questions difficulty level is expected to slightly high as aiims and jipmer has also merged in neet exam.

In any examination, the percentile obtained by you gives and indication of the amount of candidates than you have scored more than. That means subtracting your percentile from 100 will give you the amount of people that have scored more than you. The percentile calculation formula is:
[The number of candidates that got less than or equal to you/ The number of candidates appearing for the examination] x 100
