According to the latest updates, the upper age limit of being eligible to write NEET is 25 years. As you are within this range you can surely write the prestigious NEET examination. 

Not only that, for a general Category student, an aggregate score of 50% in Class XII

If i am not wrong you are asked for Cutoff marks?

Well in every year cutoff marks changes but overall 50% marks is required for general category.
